Return policy

At PharmaPita, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact our PharmaPita customer service team at info@pharmapita.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number and proof of purchase in the package.
  3. Ship the package back to us at the following address:

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped), PharmaPita will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
