Thyme Red – Thymol (Organic), ENG: The essential oil of red thyme is used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and coughs as well as nervous tonic. Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply on the affected part, 3 times a day. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of hot water or a diffuser.
